Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sneaker Pehno's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors, but the actual color you see depends on your computer system and monitor.

Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to:

• Availability or discontinuation of products
• Errors in product description or pricing
• Errors in your order
• Payment authorization issues
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity

We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. All payment information is handled securely and in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We make every effort to ship orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

• Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Some items may be non-returnable (clearance, personalized items)
• All returns must include proof of purchase

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sneaker Pehno, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sneaker Pehno for the products or services that gave rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
