An unboxing video is compulsory for all products.
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please send the unboxing video along with images within 3 days of delivery.
Once verified, legitimate complaints will be resolved with the most appropriate and timely solution.
Shipping Cost Refunds
Return shipping costs for each shipment — including the cost of shipping the product to Sneakerpehno and re-shipping it back to the customer (if applicable) — will be borne by Sneakerpehno.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order
- Provide the unboxing video and clear images of any damage or discrepancy
- Our team will review your case and provide resolution instructions
- Approved returns will be processed with free return shipping
- Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sale events (unless defective)
- Personal care products that have been opened or used
- Items without original packaging
- Digital products or gift cards
